Because I have movement compensations, my program will begin in the Corrective Exercise phase of training....focusing on increasing range of motion and stabilization. The basic movements seen in the video will be progressed as I develop more stability! My struggles this past week have been wrestling with myself to make time to complete my workouts. So much so that it can be hard for athletes to consume an adequate amount of calories. Research shows that an inadequate intake can hurt performance and lead to a quicker fatigue.
