Our studio focuses on a holistic approach to sports injury, encompassing a complete evaluation of the body as a whole instead of just the current ailment. Using this approach, we look for deficiencies and weaknesses that could have caused the injury and address those. This significantly reduces the chance for re-injury and creates a stronger being.

Corrective Exercise

One-on-One sessions designed to correct musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances and effectively address post-rehabilitation concerns. Sessions also focus on reduction of injury occurrence, utilizing the same techniques used by the National Basketball Athletic Trainers Association (NBATA) and many other Allied Health Professionals. Specific issues addressed include, but are not limited to: Abnormal movement compensations, Soft Tissue Tightness, Restrictions in range of motion, Muscle weaknesses, 

Poor balance and Structural abnormalities. Our certifications ensure that your program will enable you to heal appropriately while maintaining a healthy level of fitness. Once your rehab is complete, we integrate specific principles into your workouts to help reduce chance for re-injury. We mandate that our staff continue to educate themselves to stay current with all the latest research and techniques.
