The Tabata protocol was tested at 170% VO2Max...realistically you will not get your clients to 170% VO2 so structure the workout to generate good movement. Take into account muscle imbalances, movement compensations, etc and perform a MovementPrep (Self-myofascial release, static stretch (if muscle imbalances are present), and active/dynamic stretch. The time has come to stop whining about how you are addressed and be more concerned about how well you do your job. Do you know what your job is? Are you fully aware of your skill set?
